For A2 art we are required to complete a personal study sketchbook, where we have to look at artists, copy their work and use it to influence our own works. These are the copies I have done so far/am working on, starting with Degas copies at the top both done with oil pastels, then Vermeer copies using oil paints and finally a Jack Vettriano copy in poster paint. I have used these artists mainly because I love their use of colour and portrayal of a seemingly ordinary occurrence, with a deeper meaning when the pictures are viewed with more detail.
